DR.HÜSEYİN ÜLGER
Dr. Hüseyin Ülger was born in 1966 in Malatya, Arapgir district, Yazılı Village. He completed his high school education at Malatya Turan Emeksiz High School. After three years of education in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Middle East Technical University, he left and completed his education at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995. He is also a graduate of Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration and School of Justice.
After completing his compulsory service in Kastamonu Cide State Hospital in 1995, he worked in various private and public institutions within the structure of the Ministry of Health in Ankara for many years. He worked as a Private Health Insurance Risk Analyst at Güven Hospital, Bayındır Hospital and Akay Hospital. Between 1999 and 2000, he conducted studies in the field of Complementary Medicine and Medical Aesthetics in the USA. He worked as a family practitioner in Ankara between 2010 and 2011. Since 2004, he has been performing medical aesthetic practices approved by the Ministry of Health. In this process, he has served in many medical aesthetic clinics. In 2012-2013, he established
the cosmetology clinic of Oxigen Hospital in Baku, Azerbaijan and performed as its manager for one year. He has training and experience in hair transplantation. He received training on many complementary medicine practices such as acupuncture, ozone, cupping, and leech. He is a practitioner of energy medicine. He has the “Authority to Work as Workplace Doctor” approved by the Ministry of Health and the Turkish Medical Association. Ülger, who speaks English well, has attended many national and international congresses, fairs, trainings and seminars.
He is a member of the Medical Aesthetic Medicine Association, Ankara Acupuncture and Complementary Medicine Association, Ankara Medical Chamber Getat-Uzder Complementary Medicine Association.
