What is mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is an aesthetic medical procedure first developed by Dr Michel Pistor in 1952.

Homeopathic agents, pharmaceutical agents, vitamins, plant extracts, antioxidant products that stimulate damage repair and collagen production are applied to the skin and subcutaneous tissue by microinjection technique. The substances to be injected are appropriately selected exclusively for the person and the condition to be treated. These combinations are sometimes readily available, but the practitioner can also create a mixture based on their own experience.

What is needleless mesotherapy?

It is the process of mesotherapy products applied to the skin surface with ultrasound, radiofrequency and electrical stimuli and absorbed into the skin. Its success is never as good as the injection technique.

Cellulite Mesotherapy

Cellulite is a wavy lump appearance on the skin that can be seen in men and women of all age groups. The problem usually occurs after the lymph drainage problem due to hormonal status.

Successful results are obtained with mesotherapy for cellulite treatment in 4-10 weeks, once a week. If the patient supports the treatment with diet, the results are permanent.

Substances injected under the skin with mesotherapy regulate blood flow and lymphatic circulation in the area with cellulite, dissolve fat deposits and smooth the hardened connective tissue. In this way, it changes the appearance.

Localized Adiposity

Mesotherapy is an alternative treatment to liposuction for the removal of regional fat deposits in the double chin, abdomen, waist, arms and legs. It ensures the destruction of fat tissue in the injection area.

Scar Treatment

Scar is a tissue repair after a skin lesion. While the tissue repairs the damage, sometimes scar tissue may form due to the reaction in that area. These areas may receive 5-6 sessions of mesotherapy at three-week intervals.

What are the side effects of mesotherapy?

There may be temporary redness, bruising and swelling at the injection area. The substances used do not blend into the systemic circulation. Therefore, these problems are temporary.

When does the skin start to respond to mesotherapy?

The response depends on the severity of the disease and body structure. A difference can be felt even after one session. However, in general, results begin to be seen in 2-3 sessions.

How does mesotherapy work?
